Yes. The Free plan lets you create up to 5 products and 5 bills of materials with full CPF calculation, up to 5 raw materials, 5 packaging items, 5 suppliers and 3 categories. No credit card required, no time limit.

Starter (€9.90/month) goes up to 20 products with unlimited recipes and includes PDF/Excel price lists with logo, sales price lists (up to 2) with formulas, bulk Excel import, bills of materials with semi-finished products and the KoreLab AI basic assistant (manual guidance). Pro (€34.90/month) is fully unlimited and adds: recipe versioning, Test Journal, Notes & Deadlines with Google Calendar, the full AI (analyses your data, €5/month tokens included or unlimited with your own keys), AI Bubble, priority support (requests picked up within 24h, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm) and — most importantly — the HACCP self-control included (the mandatory compliance layer).

The Qualità plan (€24.90/month) gives access to the Quality & Certifications side only, with the full multi-standard suite: HACCP self-checks, IFS, BRCGS, ISO, FSSC, operational records, warehouse & lot traceability, assessments, food defense, manual and PDF dossier — without the business side (sales prices and price lists). The Certifications add-on (+€19/month) adds HACCP self-control only to any plan, even Free and Starter. Yes. Every paid plan (Starter, Qualità, Pro, Business, Consultant) can be tried free for 15 days. A card is required at signup but is not charged during the trial. If you stop it before the first charge, in the app under Settings › Subscription, you pay nothing; otherwise the first charge goes through on day 15 and the plan activates. There are no refunds after activation, and one trial is available per account.

Those who sign up and activate a paid plan by October 31, 2026 get -25% on the Starter, Qualità, Pro, Business and Consultant plans for the first year of subscription. Standard pricing applies from year two. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

No. The prices shown exclude VAT. VAT is calculated automatically by Stripe at checkout based on the country: 22% for Italy, local rate for EU customers, 0% for non-EU customers with a valid VAT number (reverse charge).

Yes, if you're sure you'll use KoreLab for at least a year. The annual plan equals 10 months paid (2 months free). Combined with the Early Adopter offer the saving is even greater.

You can change plan anytime from the app: before you confirm, you'll see the cost summary for the change; you stay on the same billing frequency (monthly or annual) and your current commitment keeps its end date. The plan runs for 12 months and ends on its own, with no automatic renewal: there's nothing to cancel. We email you 15, 3 and 1 day before it expires, as an invitation to renew; to continue, you renew from the app, under Settings › Subscription › Renew for another year. If you want to exit before expiry, you request it from the app under Settings › Subscription, where you'll find an indicative calculation: in the cases where it applies, a penalty of 50% of the unused period is charged instead of the remaining instalments. At expiry the plan ends with no renewal. From that day you have six months to view and export your data from Backup & Restore; after that it is deleted under the DPA. Tax-compliant preservation of your invoices remains your responsibility (a free service from the Italian Revenue Agency).

Yes. Data is stored on Supabase with TLS encryption in transit and at rest. Row Level Security ensures each user sees only their own data. Payments are handled by Stripe (PCI DSS): KoreLab never stores card data. GDPR compliant.
